Over the course of almost six centuries, millions of Portuguese people have spread across the world. The courage and the entrepreneurial spirit, outstanding characteristics of the Portuguese citizens, made the culture, the architecture and the Portuguese language spread throughout disseminated by several countries.

All over the world there is a bit of lusitan spirit, represented by a brave population, capable of facing with determination the homesickness of Portugal, family members and the various obstacles that live in a foreign country.

We are aware that when living in another country, something simple can become very complicated to solve or obtain. The request for a simple document or nationality for their descendants or spouses and other issues related to their rights as Portuguese citizens or Portuguese-descendants, can be problematic.

It was thinking of the thousands of Portuguese and descendants around the world , since 2007, that we have made available to those living outside Portugal a variety of services aimed at serving these citizens from anywhere in the world.

Through serious and judicious work, we try to deal with all questions received in the fastest and most transparent way possible, providing information on the current status of the service whenever requested.

As the exchange between the different countries is becoming more and more essential, we also have the support of a network of international partners, in the most diverse areas of activity, which address the issues of interest to those who live here, but need services in foreign countries.
