Buying Property in Portugal
When buying a property in Portugal, it is necessary to take into account some legal and tax aspects so that a safe and satisfactory purchase is made. There are steps to be followed, such as obtaining the TIN, analyzing the property documents, signing the purchase and sale promise contract, paying the down payment, paying taxes and finally executing the deed.
